  1. Cut the chicken into 1+1/2 inches and set aside
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl taste and add more salt if needed and a little lemon juice if needed.
  3. Marinate the chicken in this for 12 - 24 hours. Grill or oven cook the marinated chicken and onion. Also tomato seperate on the cooking tray. on 180Β°C for at least 15 minutes.after 10 mins flip them over. Move to the top rail and broil for 2-3 minutes.
