The ingredients needed to make Pineapple Sriracha Chicken:
  1. You need 1 cup pineapple juice
  2. You need 2 pineapples
  3. Use 1 pound chicken (breasts)
  4. Use 1/2 cup corn starch
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup soy sauce
  6. Take 3 minced garlic cloves
  7. Use 2 table spoons fresh ginger
  8. Use 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  9. Use 3 eggs
  10. Provide Vegetable oil
  11. Get Green onion
  12. Get Seaseme seeds
  13. Use Salt & pepper
Steps to make Pineapple Sriracha Chicken:
  1. Mix pineapple juice, soy, garlic, ginger, and Siricha in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces add salt and pepper. Next add and toss in corn starch. Dip each piece of chicken in egg then move to hot oil until brown.
  3. Cut pineapples in half and cut out middle.
  4. Put chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish after fried. Add pineapple to chicken. Take the pineapple Sriracha sauce and pour over chicken. Bake 50 minutes.
  5. Top with green onion and Seaseme seeds.
