  17. Take 4 cardamom / elachi
  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp pepper

  20. Get 1 onion chopped

  22. Prepare 1 1/2 cup basmati rice, soaked

Instructions to make Soya biriyani:
  1. Firstly, marinate vegetables and soya chunks in curd along with spices. - - in a pressure cooker heat 2 tbsp ghee and saute spices.
  2. Add onion and saute well followed by ½ tsp ginger garlic paste. - - add the prepared marinated soya and vegetables to the cooker and level them out.
  3. Now add rice (soaked for 20 minutes) and spread evenly over marinated soya. - - sprinkle salt, fried onions, biryani masala powder, coriander & mint and ghee.
  4. Furthermore, pour 2¼ cup of water from sides. - - cover and pressure cook for 2 whistles on medium flame. - - finally, serve the soya biryani with raita.
