  1. Take a bowl add all ingredients of appam. Mix well except eno.Keep it for couple of minutes cover it.
  2. Prepare all veggies, add all in appam batter mix well.mix all spices and eno in it.
  3. Now grease the appam stand and put it on flame to hot.
  4. Now add some drops of oil in each section. Add 1 tbs batter in each section.
  5. After one side cook change the other side. Cook till golden brown.
  6. Take all ingredients to make chutney in mixer grinder.
  7. Serve hot appam with coconut chutney.
