- Prepare Dough : In a pot add warm milk and water and mix together then set aside.
- In bowl add all-purpose flour, salt,sugar,oil,yeast and mix well.
- Now add lukewarm milk water,mix well until dough is formed.knead well dough should be soft.
- Apply 2 tbsp oil on dough,cover with cloth or plastic shopper and let it rest for 1-2 hour at some warm place (cabinet/switched off oven)
- Prepare Pizza Sauce : In a bowl add chilli garlic sauce,black pepper powder,siracha hot chilli sauce,soy sauce and mix well.Sauce is ready now.
- For pizza preparation : cut capsicum and onion in cubes and cut jalapenos.and set aside.
- Shred the cheddar cheese and mozeralla cheese and mix then set aside.
- Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth, sprinkle all-purpose flour and divide the dough into two equal parts.and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.
- Assembling: grease pizza pan with oil then Placed rolled dough on pizza pan and prick with fork.
- Add and spread pizza sauce.
- Add mozeralla cheese,cheddar cheese and pepperonis.
- Add capsicum, onion,jalepenos and sprinkle oregano leaves.(makes 2 large pizzas)
- Bake in preheated oven at 200 C until done.
