  2. Use medium size beatroot
  3. Use salt

  1. Grind (little) Curd.,for seconds.
  2. Peel off beatroot and shred it.(for eg.radish and carrot like).
  3. Put curd in a bowl and shreded chakundar(beat root) mix them
  4. Put chopped chilli, salt garam masala.
  5. It looks pink in colour and very nutritive.Now it is ready to serve.
